First Course: mixed greens, goat cheese, cantaloupe and prosciutto
Second Course: watermelon gazpacho
Third Course: grilled chicken breast topped with our chef’s boubon glaze and garnished with fresh pineapple, filet of sirloin seasoned and grilled served with summer vegetables and mini yukon potatoes.
Fourth Course: homemade key lime pie
